Description:
Evergreen shrub, between 30 and 60 cm high with horizontal or vertical branches. It has opposite facing leaves which are shell-like and small. The flowers are pink and they grow in long racemes. It blossoms in the end of summer. Its fruit is a dehiscent capsule.
