Description: 

Annual plant from the family asteraceae, growing 15-60 cm tall having thin and branched out roots and pinnate leaves. The stem is vertical, bare, mostly branched. Leaves are random, pinnate or tripinnate with narrow linear lobes. The aromatic flowers are individual with long pedicle. They have a swollen and hollow receptacle and compose of bisexual yellow disk flowers in the middle and white ray florets on the edges, which are facing downward. The fruit is a tiny gem-like light brown roška with 3 ribs, without kunadra.

Usable part:
Whole plant, but mostly only flowers

Usage:
Chamomile is used for treating cramps, it has an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergenic and antiseptic effect, it has a soothing effect, it is used as a digestive stimuli, as a mild pain killer, for menstrual cramps, for muscle relaxation, nurtures problematic skin, improves liver functions and strengthens hair.
